  I would give it 4 stars because the food was delicious, the portions were great, however the service was bad. There are many flavor options for hookah. Food is also a bit pricey and tip is mandatory. The waiter never told us if we needed anything and It took forever for our table to get the check. They would walk past our table just for them to ignore my friends and I. It is hard to get hold of an employee because they are not attentive what so ever. The bill came around $110 for 3 people. Would not return.

  we have been many time at Taj, for private party and dining a la cart, last night was so bad of experience made us decide not to go their anymore,
  we walked in at 8:30 pm on Friday night, young tiny man greeted us with a grim face, do you have a reservation? I replied no, its 3 of us, we followed him through the dining room with tables set for at least 8 large parties, and a few diners of 4,6,8 top, took us to this 2 top table by the back yard door, set the table for 3, draft hit us every time door opened, we called him to express the uncomfort, he replied their is a table paying the check, we moved to a fine table, next to one the the big tables, food was not the same, filet mignon kebabs wasn't a filet mignon, tuff as hill, wifey lamb chops were weird chops, not from the rack, service was so slaw, we waited for the table to be cleared for good 1/2 hour, we waited for a doge bag for ever, we diced to leave the left over,
  20% gratuity was added to the chicken and a line for additional tip was add on credit card slip.
  
  you host kept braking the party tabled to parties of 2, 4 and for during the course of our stay until we let at 10;30
  
  I worked in restaurant in my old day, i know service, no one in the whole restaurant, busboy, hokah server, servers ever cracked a smile

  Nice place, good atmosphere and music was good but way too loud!! My ears are still ringing! The seating area is a but too tight.

  Food was edible. Service was horrible. 30 minutes wait for food. (Restaurant was not busy) 20 minutes would go by and no one asked if we needed anything. Hookah was just ok.  Won't be going back.

  There is nothing special about the food here. We were seated outside upon arrival. I asked for the appetizers to be served with the entrees. Denied tap water. When the food finally arrived, everything was cold which is unacceptable to me. My friend ordered a steak. It was a large portion but she wasn't asked how she wanted it prepared. Another person ordered a mixed grill and was served fries instead of rice as the side but the mistake was quickly corrected. It took a while to get the check and there was automatic 18% tip added, making my bill around $100 for three people.
  
  Wouldn't recommend.
